1. Could you please describe what you do for me in one or two sentences?

I’m a muralist and a contemporary painter.
2. Why/ How did you start doing street art?
​While traveling in Central America I started it for fun and it continued from there.
3. How old were you when you painted a mural for the first time? What did you paint?
I did graffiti a little bit when I was about 15. My first actual solo mural was when I was 34.
4. How many walls do you paint a year?
About 6-8.
5. What is it like to be a muralist?
It’s fun to travel around and meet people in different countries while painting large murals.
6. Can you tell me what it’s like for you when you paint a wall?
It’s lots of hard work, the weather is usually a challenge and the surface of the wall is always different so one must be able to adapt.
7. Where do you get inspiration for your artwork?
Music and ideas that float around in my head.
8. What does street art mean to you?
Not sure, it’s a really big umbrella with loads of different things going on. I like most of it, and I think it’ a good movement.
9. What had the most impact on your style?
Working with other artists.
10. What do you wish to accomplish with your artworks?
Something that is manful to me and the community I leave the murals in.
11. What is one of your best work?
It’s hard for me to choose. Maybe this one (shown above).
